  • Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Post inappropriate or offensive content
  • Spam or solicit users for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

5. Game Organizers

As a game organizer, you:

  • Are responsible for game logistics and venue arrangements
  • Must provide accurate game information
  • Must honor confirmed bookings
  • Must maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • Are liable for participant safety during games

6. Liability and Disclaimers

1Club is a platform connecting players and organizers. We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries or accidents during games
  • Quality or safety of venues
  • Disputes between users
  • Cancellations or no-shows
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

7. Intellectual Property

All content on 1Club, including logos, design, text, and graphics, is the property of 1Club or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of 1Club is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms
